I dropped into PartXCentre after a large online car dealership didn’t fulfil my order on a car and I am so glad I did. Having lived in the area for over 10 years I’d heard about the reputation that PartXCentre had; Trust, honesty, reliability. All values that you don’t always tend to find with some (not all) car dealerships. We saw a car we were interested in and Katy was there to meet us. Nothing was too much and all questions were answered. There was no pressured sales and after a test drive we decided to buy the car. Katy is a credit to the business and made the whole sales process a breeze. Her knowledge is exceptional too. Such a lovely person to deal with; you actually feel like you are buying a car from a family member, as there is that trust. On to the car. It’s supreme. Everything was as it should be. Valeted and in perfect working order. The car has clearly been looked after and that’s reflective of the vehicles that PartXCentre sell. That’s why they’ve been trading for decades. Driving the car, we keep discovering little gadgets within it that truly bring a smile to our faces every time we get into it, like driver assist etc. It is perfect in every way. All documentation was present with tax sorted and a full service history. The car came with a full MOT and a service. Plus, not far off a full tank of fuel! A lovely little bonus. I recently purchased my car from Partxcentre, during the COVID-19 lockdown. I was very happy with how they handled social distancing and sanitation. As for the service, it was excellent, the team were really helpful , open and honest. I was made to feel comfortable and not pressured into purchasing. I was unable to take the car for a test drive because of the lockdown restrictions, but I was happy to rely on the assurances I was given by the team for the way that the car drove. I am pleased to say it drives as they suggested. I would definitely consider buying another car from them in the future. I can say that the after sales service is equally good. Thanks Partxcentre!
